Academy Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

BizBuildLab Academy offers intensive trainee programs designed to provide hands-on experience with real-world projects. Each program is led by industry experts and includes mentorship, practical assignments, and an official certificate upon completion.

Application Process

Submit your application through the online form
Our team will review your application within 3-5 business days
If approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions
We will contact you to schedule an interview and discuss program details
Payment must be completed within 7 days of approval to secure your spot

Payment Terms

Program fee: 380 TND
Payment is required after application approval
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Mobile payment, Credit/Debit card
Payments are non-refundable once the program starts
Refund policy: Full refund available up to 48 hours before program start date

Participation Requirements

Attend all scheduled sessions (live or recorded)
Complete assigned projects and assignments on time
Actively participate in group discussions and activities
Maintain professional conduct throughout the program
Minimum 80% attendance required for certificate eligibility

Meeting & Communication

Live sessions will be conducted via Zoom/Google Meet
Session links will be sent 24 hours before each meeting
Recordings will be available for registered students who miss sessions
Communication channels: Email, Discord/Slack community, WhatsApp group
Instructors are available for 1-on-1 consultations by appointment

Certificate & Completion

Official certificate issued upon successful completion
Requirements: 80% attendance + completed final project
Certificates are digitally verifiable with unique code
Certificate delivery: Within 7 days after program completion
Physical certificates available upon request (additional fee may apply)

Cancellation & Withdrawal

Students can withdraw up to 48 hours before program start for full refund
Withdrawal after program start: No refund
BizBuildLab reserves the right to cancel sessions due to low enrollment
Full refund provided if BizBuildLab cancels the session
Students will be notified of cancellations at least 7 days in advance

Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, and content provided during the program are proprietary to BizBuildLab and protected by copyright. Students may not share, distribute, or reproduce materials without written permission. Projects created by students during the program remain the property of the student.

Code of Conduct

Respect all participants, instructors, and staff
No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
Maintain confidentiality of other participants
Academic integrity: No plagiarism or cheating
Violation of code of conduct may result in dismissal without refund
