4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are subject to our pricing at the time of order. Prices are displayed in TND (Tunisian Dinar). We accept various payment methods and all transactions are processed securely.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and code provided by BizBuildLab remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the product as specified in your order.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Custom development work is non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Limitation of Liability
BizBuildLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
